This is not the first time these iconic brands have combined their excellence… March 2020 marked the brand's second notorious collaboration in celebration of their joint 60th Anniversary. However, this year, there is a whole new line-up, and the collaboration is back, bigger, and better than ever, featuring our favourite little feline in a bunch of Dr Martens’ classic silhouettes.

This latest drop marks the third collaborative work between Dr Martens and Sanrio.
Named ‘Hello Kitty and Friends’, this time, the collaboration invites Hello Kitty’s extended Japanese fictional Friends to the spotlight. Featuring Bad Badtz-Maru, Kerokerokeroppi, My Melody and more of your favourite characters, this collaboration is hard-to-miss.

The collaboration includes a resurface of Dr Martens 1461 shoe and 1460 boot. The classic 1461 shoe remains in its iconic silhouette, however, it is enhanced with a colourful, all-over character print complimented by an arriving set of laces, heart-shaped eyelets and bow-tie chain finished in a red and white hue.

Curated to stand out, the 1460 boot merges Hello Kitty and Friends illustrations with red features, including the iconic bow and ribbon shoe-laces and contrasting three-colour puritan stitch in teal, yellow and pink.
